- Put energy into it (be emotional about it)
- Believe in it
- Let the idea overwhelm you, don't question its validity

Imagine being told that you need strips of paper called money to survive on this planet. Consider it possible. Fear the lack of it, get upset. Eventually you will believe it.
Enjoy somebody else's mind game.
Imagine you were told that you carry viruses that are dangerous to those around you. Consider it possible. Worry, even if you feel fine. Eventually you will believe it enough to wear a mask, etc.
